dP just boarded a plane to head home to Texas and had just finished playing a show in the middle of downtown Madison, WI.  We didn't realize it would be the last live show we played together as a band!  During the same time period, we found ourselves parting ways with Virgin Records.  We desperately wanted to get back in the studio and to our roots.  We had the desire to record some new music ourselves, on our own terms.  So we did just that!  We took over one of our good buddy's private studios and slammed out what would later turn out to be our last EP.  Recorded all analog on a vintage 2" MCI Tape machine, these songs were perfectly imperfect and raw.  We played these songs live and in one take.  Gritty, like the songs were intended.  Years went by and with no proper way to promote the new music, it just got shelved.  But now, with all the new platforms and taking on our own distribution, we recently headed back to the studio to mix and master the EP.  We are now adding this new EP out into the universe along with the complete dP discography which also includes un-released music that was recorded before we signed our record deal.  So whether you've been with us since the beginning or you are just now discovering dP, we appreciate the dedicated support! We've forged some remarkable friendships and played with some incredible bands!  Thanks for venturing out on this journey with us!  We are forever grateful for you all!
